About the role

• Manage the HR Associate, based in Philippines
• Responsible for recruiting and attracting new talent
• Onboarding co-ordination and induction, making it a great experience
• Ensure all staff have an up-to-date position description
• Liaise with the Board on any creative talent retention ideas, maintaining company culture and improving employee engagement
• Utilise the HR & Payroll system to collect staff feedback and improve the eNPS over time, analysing, reviewing and deciding on action from the feedback
• Utilise the HR & Payroll system to facilitate 360 performance review meetings
• Identify skills gaps within the team and identify ways to fill or train and upskill
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to Managers & Team Leaders on people-related matters
• Employer-Employee relations
• Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee benefits
• Provide guidance and support to The Board, Managers, Team Leaders and employees on HR-related issues including employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and terminations
• Assist in the performance development process
• Review and optimise HR systems, processes and procedures
• Compile relevant and engaging content for monthly HR meetings
• Conformance - assisting Leaders in ensuring the company values and code of conduct are maintained throughout the Team
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and policies
• Manage ad-hoc projects, as required

About you

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulations
• A high level of confidentiality
• Clear, logical, innovative thinker with the ability to function under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, including conflict resolution
• Ability to organise resources, tasks and time effectively
• Sound computer literacy, and familiarity with HR programs and cloud services
• Ability to travel interstate and overseas, as required
