About the role
- Manage the HR Associate, based in Philippines
- Responsible for recruiting and attracting new talent
- Onboarding co-ordination and induction, making it a great experience
- Ensure all staff have an up-to-date position description
- Liaise with the Board on any creative talent retention ideas, maintaining company culture and improving employee engagement
- Utilise the HR & Payroll system to collect staff feedback and improve the eNPS over time, analysing, reviewing and deciding on action from the feedback
- Utilise the HR & Payroll system to facilitate 360 performance review meetings
- Identify skills gaps within the team and identify ways to fill or train and upskill
- Provide coaching, guidance and support to Managers & Team Leaders on people-related matters
- Employer-Employee relations
- Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee benefits
- Provide guidance and support to The Board, Managers, Team Leaders and employees on HR-related issues including employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and terminations
- Assist in the performance development process
- Review and optimise HR systems, processes and procedures
- Compile relevant and engaging content for monthly HR meetings
- Conformance - assisting Leaders in ensuring the company values and code of conduct are maintained throughout the Team
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and policies
- Manage ad-hoc projects, as required
About you
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulations
- A high level of confidentiality
- Clear, logical, innovative thinker with the ability to function under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, including conflict resolution
- Ability to organise resources, tasks and time effectively
- Sound computer literacy, and familiarity with HR programs and cloud services
- Ability to travel interstate and overseas, as required
