You will be confident, have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of our organisation. This is a 6-month full time limited tenure / secondment role.
Based at the Myer Support Office in Docklands and reporting to the HR Systems & Services Manager, the primary function of this role is to provide reporting and systems support to the broader business. The successful candidate will have vast technical knowledge, strong commitment to quality and consistency in the work that they produce and high level attention to detail. Working closely with the HR Analyst, you will form relationships with key stakeholders within the business to ensure business outcomes are met.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compose multiple data sets to achieve stakeholder reporting requirements
  • Provide systems administration support for the Company's performance, talent and learning management systems
  • Create and update intranet and cloud based system pages
  • Manage HR databases, systems and tools
  • Update and amend system configuration in line with business requirements.
  • Manage account logins and permissions, system generated reports and security access
  • Maintain users, provide access levels, system parameters, cleaning employee data, processing issues and problem resolution
  • Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics and automated data feeds and reporting
  • Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues including liaising with system vendors and stakeholders, to ensure efficient resolution of issues and provide first and second level Help Desk support
  • Assist in the testing and migration of new product releases and enhancements to verify functionality and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures for clients to minimise recurrence of problems
To be successful in this role, ideally you will possess:
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Experience in managing cloud based systems
  • MS Access skills highly regarded
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A thorough and accurate attention to detail
  • A proactive and flexible attitude that is willing to support others
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint 365 and HTML coding is high desired
  • Understanding of HR Measures & associated systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of the retail industry is desirable, but not essential
