THE ROLE
The HR Organisational Change Manager will provide expert change management advice and support across the team. You will be responsible for managing people change across multiple complex change programs.
To be successful in this role you must partner with business leaders in conjunction with the P&C team to ensure there is a strong change focus across key programs and projects. The role will involve the development of a people change strategy and driving effective communications across the group.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced HR Change Manager who has worked across a P&C function ideally within Organisational Change. You must have experience leading complex people change programs as well as the ability to embed Organisational Change.
You must have worked in a large complex business or an organisation that has experienced hyper growth.
You ideally will be available at short notice to be considered for this role.
