To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:
- Extensive experience in Organisational Change management / structure redesign within a Large, complex enterprise;
- Experience in discovery and mapping of current business operating model, business divisions, team structures and assessment they are fit for purpose;
- Experience in design of detailed organisational structure charts showing current and future state structures that align to organisational workforce data;
- Demonstrated experience in finding and resolving anomalies as well as highlighting changes from current to future state;
- Detailed knowledge of Organisational Change management, impact assessment and restructure costing;
- Experience in designing future-state organisational structure and functional model as well as design of functional responsibilities for business units.
- Experience participating in job evaluation, compliance assessment and creation of role descriptions;
- Demonstrated understanding of People and Culture, Human Resources and industrial relations implications;
- Experience working with C-Level / Executive management as well as the business, leading design squads, run discovery sessions and steering committee meetings;
- Demonstrated ability in working within dynamic, fast paced environments as well as navigating through ambiguity;
- Previous experience within Transport / NSW government;
You will be joining a large end-user organisation that is a household name.
You will predominantly be involved in end to end process of organisational redesign, restructure, transformation and change management.
This involves the discovery of current state of business as well as design of future state in collaboration with relevant business units and senior executive level management.
