As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting stakeholder expectations, and driving positive change within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects across DE&I, HR systems, values and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and objectives.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Problem-solving: Address issues and conflicts as they arise, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and adhere to budget constraints to ensure financial sustainability.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Project management qualifications highly regarded
- Experience in a large, complex service organization preferred
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with systems and reporting related to project performance
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to proactively identify opportunities and resolve issues
- Ability to provide logistics support and coordinate multiple parallel initiatives effectively
