The opportunity
 
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this rill will see you based out on site, working closely with the leadership team to help drive recruitment, inductions, onboarding and performance support and review.  This newly created role will form part of a small but very supportive HR team whose passion is building people, culture and driving results.  Working within the food production industry sector, you will be required, at times, to travel to site to assist with inductions and processes.
 
Selection criteria
 

• HR tertiary qualification coupled with previous experience in a HR Admin / Coordinator / Recruitment role
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Strong understanding of awards and legislation
• High level of stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Willing to complete a Biosecurity Quarantine Declaration
