Looking to hire a Technical Lead to work with the business and the stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and technical architecture (Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Report Writer) and other technical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists, providing guidance on best practices and problem resolution.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvements and implement enhancements to optimise Workday functionality.
- Coordinate with IT and system administration to manage system configuration and updates.
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, working closely with stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand their business requirements.
- Work with Workday support resources and external consultants.
Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 7 years of working experience in Workday technical support, administration or implementation roles, and experience as a Technical Lead.
- Hands on experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting and customisation.
- Strong understanding of HCM and HR processes, with a proficiency in technical HRIS system administration, configuration, and workflows.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting and analytics features in Workday.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
