This position involves managing change effectively for the HRMS CHRIS21 application.
The HRM System Support Officer will organize, develop, and carry out changes, necessitating extensive collaboration with Payroll Services, external system providers, and other support teams.
The role includes ensuring all changes are thoroughly documented, executed, and managed to satisfy both internal and external stakeholders' expectations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in translating important data into database software
- Ability to handle a high workload and meet strict deadlines
- Quick learning and adaptation skills
- Experience in payroll and knowledge of CHRIS21
- Expertise in MS Office
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
