As the Health & Safety Advisor you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the mitigation of risk, while promoting a Safe working culture. Working on a large scale construction project which is one of the first of it's kind in Australia!Duties

• Implement and Maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis programs
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Conduct training and presentations for HSE incident prevention

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within a similar role - construction industry is advantageous
• Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety
• Proficient in the use of ISO Management Systems
• Proven track record of leading and conducting incident investigations
• Exposure to the engineering construction industry
• Promoting a positive safety culture, collaborating with all facets of the business
