About the RoleAs our new Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor, you'll lead the charge in fostering a strong safety culture within Serco Facilities Management (FM). Your main goal is to ensure that all work done for Serco Community Services (CS) meets contractual obligations. This involves creating and implementing policies and procedures to reduce health and safety risks while maintaining compliance.
