Bridge Resources provides resourcing, recruitment and workforce management solutions to the mining and resources, construction, and civil sectors.We are actively recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our client, a national player in the modular construction and installation space. This is a permanent role which will be FIFO from Perth, with all rosters dictated by the client, and a requirement to be in the office in Perth between projects.
$140 - $160k + super + uplift (when on site)

About the role:
- Reviewing SWMS & HSEWP and revising where required to suit works.
- Participating in the control of identified hazards where appropriate.
- Aid and guidance in the investigation of incidents.
- Driving a Safety-First culture across site for duration of project.
- Assist operational personnel with the development of Safe Working Procedures (SWP)
- Support site management team with Toolbox meetings and pre starts.
- Report safety statistics & audits and daily & weekly KPI's.
- Regularly engage and provide reporting through to senior management for project review.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans.
- Cert 4 in Health & Safety or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in construction.
- Construction White Card
- WA Driver License C Class
- Qualifications and experience in conducting incident investigation.
- An understanding and working knowledge of WHS Practices, standards, and codes.
- Proven history of providing HSE coverage across large construction projects.
