Company Overview:
Dunnings Fuel is a well-established and respected WA owned Family Fuel distributor with a strong presence throughout Regional WA. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, we are seeking a skilled HSE Advisor to join our team.

The Role:
- Provide expert guidance and support on health, safety, and environmental matters to employees and managers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to deliver HSE training programs, promoting awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop effective strategies for prevention.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide timely reporting on HSE metrics and trends to management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending proactive measures.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fuel distribution or a transport related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and investigations, with a focus on preventative measures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
