Position
Safety Advisor
This role is responsible for implementing and supporting the HSE plan and oversee the monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of our safety systems. With a focus on project HSE issues, this role reflects working with project teams to identify, prevent and report operational safety and environmental incidents.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Work, Health & Safety or similar
- Hands on experience within high rise, commercial or industrial construction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide advise on the project to senior management in all matters relating to HSE
- As required, participate in the company’s external audit program in relation to HSE including communication of audit reports and assisting the project teams to close out corrective actions
