Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide practical solutions to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and compliance.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs to promote HSE awareness and best practices.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate HSE priorities and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in HSE management within the Utilities or Facilities Management or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive impactful HSE initiatives.
