Sunnyfield operates Employment Services that specialise in providing cleanRoom Packaging of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, and warehouse & logistics solutions to commercial customers whilst offering supported employment to around 60 employees with a disability. About the Role
To support our continuous growth, we have a new role and exciting opportunity at Sunnyfield!
The main purpose of the role is to generate new commercial revenue for our packaging business.
Reporting to the Sales and Employment Innovation Manager, you will be working from our site in Allambie Heights with some travel involved to customers and other Sunnyfield sites within the Sydney area.
You will actively engage in seeking and gaining new viable business through existing and prospective customers that have Clean Room Packaging requirements. To increase the customer base and sales volumes, improve margins and achieve budget. Form meaningful relationships with new and existing customers by the delivery of excellence in customer service and a positive attitude.
Key focus:
- New Business Development
- Self-direction and the ability to conduct research to identify new markets and business opportunities
- A willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members
- Assisting in the development of annual sales budgets by customer and operation
- Undertake and assist in the preparation of competitive, profitable sales quotations
- Developing current key customers and identifying and developing additional high growth customers.
- Target customers that have requirements for cleanRoom Packaging projects with a particular focus on TGA, HACCP, complimentary medicine, Health Food supplement sectors
- Contributes to strategy, direction and growth of the Employment business unit.
About You
You are passionate about making a difference. As a positive and energetic person, you want to contribute and generate new ideas. You will also have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development with a proven successful track record.
- Experience in working within Pharma, Wellness or FMCG desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Report writing skills
- Good Listener with attention to detail
