SalarySSA have partnered with a leading Property Development Group in Burleigh, Gold Coast. They are seeking an experienced HSE coordinator to join their team. Our client has a number of projects in the area and a major pipeline of work. The project you will be working on has only broken ground, so this is an opportunity to take the lead on a project from start to turnkey.
Role and Responsibility's
- Conducting on-site HSE observations and inspections every day
- Participate actively in the weekly toolbox and daily prestart workshops' delivery of HSE subjects.
- Helping with daily welfare inspections and fitness for work standards
- Offer assistance and direction to staff members when they create risk assessments
- Keeping up notice boards for HSE
- Take part in the project risk assessments' monthly review.
- conducting site-specific inductions to deliver HSE training
- Experience working on high-rise developments
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Hammertech use will be highly regarded
- 4 years of experience in a construction health & safety role
- Knowledge and ability to control safety for groundworks, retention systems, structures, and plants.

- $140,000 - $160,000 + Super
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in HSE
- Highrise experience essential
