About The OpportunityProgrammed Facility Management (PFM) are seeking a HSEQ
& Compliance Manager to develop and lead a 'Zero Harm' culture for a large-scale social housing services contract across NSW. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders to ensure compliance against HSEQ and compliance standards, implementation and management of quality, environmental and safety management systems as well and ongoing continual improvement initiatives. This permanent, full time role based in Parramatta NSW, plays a crucial part in cultivating our safety culture and contributing to important services for the community.
Key responsibilities- Implement and manage quality processes and procedures.
- Conduct detailed incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Provide expertise in risk assessment, claims administration, and injury management.
- Manage induction of service providers and employees to meet standards.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with company and client standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Champion HSEQ, Risk Management, and Sustainability Policy implementation.
- Collate and report on key safety indicators and promote a Zero Harm culture.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be experienced in the application of appropriate legislation and statutory requirements for OH&S training and auditing. Prior HSEQ experience in a medium-to-large-sized facility management, building trades/services organisation or similar (utilities, building construction, transport, engineering, etc.) is beneficial, however not essential.Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- HSEQ qualifications or similar technical degree desirable, or equivalent experience.
- Subject matter expertise and demonstrated experience with ISO: 9001, 14001, 18001 and ASNC: 4801.
- Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
- Data-driven decision making - Report, action, present & communicate.
