With projects across Canberra and Northern NSW this would suit an ambitious Safety Advisor with aspirations of leadership. This role has the opportunity to become a HSEQ Manager position within 12 to 24 months.

The role
- Manage safety across a range of civil constructions projects
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure a safety first approach on all sites
- Implement and develop a safety system for the business
- Mentor a safety coordinator
- Work with the leadership team to improve processes and procedures
The Person
- Previous experience as a safety advisor on civil construction projects in Australia
- Exposure to civil projects including roads, earthworks, drainage etc
- Must have a positive attitude and want to learn
- A good understanding of safety law and legislation
- Must adaptable and able to work in a growing business environment
