A full time, fixed term contract to April 2025, this position is based at the JCU Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville.
What you can accomplish in this role
As a key member of a dedicated team, you are passionate about achieving outcomes for your stakeholders and customers and enjoy delivering accurate and efficient administration support. An efficient and pro-active Administrator, you will assist with the administration of Human Ethics applications (pre and post approval), Human Ethics reports and data entry relating to all research and teaching involving human participants.
What you can bring to this role
As a proven administrator, you are adept at working both independently and as part of a team with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from researchers and employees to government, industry and community to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Knowledge of state and national legislation pertaining to the ethical conduct involving human research would also be highly regarded.
