Roster Rockstar: Ever dreamed of being a master scheduler? Now's your chance! You'll oversee employee rosters like a pro, making sure everyone's in the right place at the right time.
Policy Picasso: Dive into the world of HR policies and compliance with finesse. You'll ensure everyone's playing by the rules, keeping us on track and out of trouble.
Data Dynamo: Get your geek on with data management! Keep those HR records in tip-top shape.
Liaison Extraordinaire: You'll be the bridge between FGDers and senior management, helping us navigate any HR storms with ease.
Office MVP: From answering phones to tackling admin tasks, you'll be the unsung hero keeping everything running smoothly. Plus, you'll get to flex your strategic muscles on exciting projects!
What You Bring to the Party:
At least 2 years of HR experience and a passion for making magic happen.
A good grasp of the Fair Work Act, bonus points if you are familiar with the Legal Services Act.
A wizard-level understanding of HR administration.
Proactivity is your middle name, and you've got time management skills to rival Hermione Granger.
Communication skills that could charm the socks off a goblin (figuratively speaking, of course).
A team player attitude with the independence to get stuff done solo when needed.
