We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator who is a pro-active indidvidual, wants to deliver the best people services and expand on their skills and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding position!

  • 6-Month Fixerd Term with possibility of extension (Maternity Leave coverage)
  • Full Time (Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm)
  • $65,000 per annum / $32.90 per hour PLUS Superannuation & NFP Salary Packaging
  • Northside Location (Crace) - Office based role

Providing HR administrative support to new and existing employees, the P&C Administrator will use a variety of skills throughout their busy day and be responsible for assisting in HR related tasks including:

  • Onboarding (high volume) Recruitment support and ownership of the onboarding process for our new Team Members throughout all departments!
  • Compliance - EA, legislation, Awards, NDIS and other employment requirements
  • Record Keeping - Accurate, up to date documentation and information on digitial employee files and HR databases
  • Date Entry / Processing (high volume) - Processing multiple HR and Payroll documents / requests while never missing a beat when working with Managers and recruitees!

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience in:

  • Certification or qualifications in Human Resources Administration / Payroll OR 1+ year of specialised experience
  • Passion for wanting to work within an HR environment that is busy and fast paced (over 700 employees)! High level organisation and time management skills are a must!!
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks throughout the day that can be repetitive in nature and competing priorities (but still very different from each other)
  • Meticulous attention to detail for accurate, timely and compliant data entry.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Payroll / HR platforms (Word, Excel, Outlook, PayGlobal, ELMO)
  • Understanding of general HR processes and critical thinking (bring a solution, rather than a question to problems). Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
