HR & Recruitment HR - Officer / Adviser South East QLD Contract or Temp We are currently seeking an experienced Local Government HR Advisor to assist a Council in the Burnett Region for a period of 3 to 6 months. Council are open to negotiating a hybrid work arrangement with accommodation and travel covered when required to be on-site.
The hourly rate is negotiable. Skills / Experience Required: Strong experience in developing, implementing and coordinating performance management processes, conducting investigations and managing employee grievances. Experience in the reviewing, developing and implementing of policies.
Ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation. High level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Local Government experience.
