Human Resources Manager

Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives Lead recruitment team and onboarding processes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent Oversee employee relations team, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Provide coaching and guidance to senior managers and employees on HR-related matters Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives Maintain accurate HR records and data to support decision-making and reporting
