We are seeking a friendly, well rounded, enthusiastic, and reliable person who enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing a great job.
This role will be working 38 hours per week requiring the person to work rotational day and afternoon shifts week about.
Shift times will be:
Day Shift - 7.30am – 3.36pm
Afternoon Shift - 12.30pm – 8.36pm
Reporting to the HR and Safety Manager, the Human Resource and Safety Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of Human Resource and Safety administration support duties including general office functions to help meet the business operational needs.
To be the successful candidate, you need to have the following:
- 2-3 years demonstrated office administration experience (essential)
- Certificate III in Business Administration (highly regarded)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction and have strong time management skills
- High safety focus
- Good problem-solving skills and a self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High Initiative and adaptability to work in a close knit team
- Intermediate- High skills in all MS Office applications - Excel, Outlook and Word, PowerPoint (essential)
As part of the recruitment process you will be required to undertake Pre-Employment testing including medical and Drug and Alcohol screening and a criminal record check.
