We are seeking an Experienced HR Business Manager (Advisor) to join our client based in Banyo. Reporting to the National People and Performance Manager, you will work closely with an experienced and diverse team comprised of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partners and administrators.
We are looking for a proactive HR professional, keen on enhancing employee experience, driving business growth and fostering talent development and engagement.
Responsibilities:
As an HRBM (Advisor), you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing insightful HR coaching and strategic support
- Managing ER matters effectively
- Elevating the employee experience and promoting our EVP
- Overseeing performance and talent processes across the business
- Participating in HR change projects to drive business improvement
- Approaching decision-making with a commercial mindset, identifying business enhancement opportunities
- Manufacturing (Blue Collar) expereince highly advantageous
- HR Professional with amazing service ethic, committed to fostering a positive culture
- Strong Attention to detail, can prioritise volume and highly motivated
- Problem solver and ability to work autonomous is essential
- Passionate about business growth and proven driving employment & engagement experience
- Relevant HR or related Qualifications
- Case management and ER experience essential
- Ability to perform & work in a high volume environment
- ASAP Start Date
- 3-4 Month Assignment (possible extension)
- Monday to Friday full-time hours
- Banyo location
- $60 - $80 / hour + super
