The Role
As the Human Resource Business Partner your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum, ranging from project management to handling daily HR operations.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist with HR projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and organisational development
- Manage HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Participate in strategic workforce planning and organisational development activities
- Support the HR team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
As the ideal candidate, you will bring with you a solid foundation in HR practices and the ability to seamlessly transition between project-based initiatives and day-to-day tasks.
Your previous experience in a generalist or Business Partner capacity will be invaluable as you navigate complex HR issues and contribute to the team's success. You will have a strategic mindset, demonstrated through your ability to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.

- $100k - $120k plus 11% Super
