Anglican Diocesan Services (ADS) is the principal provider of corporate services to the Anglican Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn, encompassing the Property Trust, Parishes, Anglican Investment Development Fund, Synergy Youth, Anglican Campsites, Anglican Schools, ELCs and Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT.
Your role and impact:
As a Human Resource Business Partner at Anglican Diocesan Services, you will be pivotal in aligning strategic objectives with people-focused solutions. You'll be instrumental in fostering organisational and employee growth, working closely with business leaders to implement effective people strategies. Your role involves developing deep business insights, building meaningful relationships, and using data-driven approaches to enhance workplace culture and performance.

Qualifications and skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic HR roles, focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and emotional intelligence.
