About the Opportunity:
In a stand alone role for the ANZ portfolio, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic HR direction for the organisation in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you'll lead and execute HR activities, collaborate with functional managers on talent strategies, foster constructive associate relations, and implement total reward programs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the business and its mission to improve patient lives.
Duties:
- Lead HR activities: recruitment, on-boarding, and automation
- Partner with HR Director on People and Organisational solutions
- Develop and execute talent strategies for growth initiatives
- Foster constructive associate relations and increase engagement
- Implement and use total reward programs effectively
- Degree in HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years HR management experience
- Preferable to have healthcare or FMCG industry experience
- Minimum 2 years supporting global Commercial organisations
- Broad understanding of HR technical and functional components
