About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work with a leader who has an open-door policy, with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and problem-solving. You will be the primary point of contact for all Human Resources-related matters and will be responsible for all areas of HR and contract administration. While you will be working independently, you will also be a part of a team that prides itself on working effectively as a team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes such as writing job advertisements, screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting until placement
- Support the coordination of the induction and orientation program on a monthly basis
- Coordinate compliance documents and registration, Blue Cards, Visa records and other identified compliance documents
- Maintain database records with up-to-date and accurate information
- Provide necessary support and guidance on Human Resources policies and procedures to all employees and managers
- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally you will have have 1-3 years experience working in a HR coordination role
- You are self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently under pressure with minimal supervision
- You are known for your proactive and solution focused mindset
- Being a great communicator and effortlessly establishing rapport with others is something you enjoy
- A Blue Card must be obtained before commencement, if you do not have one, you must be willing to obtain one through the college
