Human Resources Coordinator 12-month, fixed-term contract role working Monday - Friday, 38hrs per week. Flexible working hours with excellent working conditions and benefits. Bis are now seeking applications for a highly driven, personable, and organised Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at our Tomago office. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role is a core position that will be accountable for the delivery of an effective HR service across the full employee lifecycle and support to our national HR Team, whilst proactively supporting the delivery of HR initiatives. Most importantly, you will be expected to deliver a value-add service by collaborating with broader members of the team and organisation at large. Therefore, successful internal stakeholder engagement, while developing strong, and trusting business relationships is a priority.
