The Volume and Assessment Centre team is currently recruiting for a consultant to join our successful team in Brisbane. You will be recruiting for a mixture of clients in the private and public sector, along with helping manage one of our newest and largest projects. You will be working alongside a well established team who specialise in high volume recruitment, creating and running assessment centers for a variety of clients. A typical day:
- Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
- Working closely with the team to recruit volume candidates for our clients
- Managing multiple tasks and competing priorities / deadlines
