About this role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a point of contact for managers in relation to generalist Human Resource (HR) matters, with a linkage to the entire People and Culture Division service catalogue, including Industrial Relations, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Integrity and Organisational Development. You will provide strategic, operational and technical HR advice and coaching to North Metropolitan Health Service managers to build their capacity to effectively manage their people and achieve change and business outcomes.
In this role, you will also manage allocated client caseload; takes carriage of high risk and complex HR matters to ensure effective management and timely resolution.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Great interpersonal skills, with a track record in achieving results, through effective coordination and consultation across a broad range of stakeholder groups.
  • Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise to meet high volume competing demands.
  • Exceptional written skills, with experience in the development of project plans and corporate resource documents, including guides, processes and procedures.
  • Well developed conceptual, analytical and research skills, with the demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
