- Facilitate the onboarding of new staff members across multiple operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for all employees.
- Verify documentation compliance throughout the onboarding process, guaranteeing adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Generate Candidate Letters of Offer, Employment Agreements, and Position Descriptions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in communication.
- Compile comprehensive New Starter Packs for employees, including TFN, Superannuation, Employee Details, and signed/completed Letters of Offer, Employee Agreements, and Position Descriptions.
- Raise Health Assessment numbers in ResHealth, ensuring proper recording and tracking of employee information.
- Coordinate Coal Board Medical bookings through external suppliers, guaranteeing timely appointments and accurate processing.
- Organise Standard 11 training sessions for new starters as required, ensuring employees have the necessary certifications and qualifications for their roles.
- Distribute all relevant employee documentation to Payroll, IT, and uniform allocation departments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
- Booking of site inductions.
- Human Resource Qualification ( Preferred)
- Proven experience within mining and resource.
- Possess strong logical reasoning skills and good written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders;
