About the Role
As an Agency Human Resources Officer your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities within the recruitment process. From conducting candidate interviews and onboarding to engaging in client stakeholder meetings, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations.
NOTE: This role will initially be based out of our Port Melbourne office to ensure the successful candidate has the best access to support and training. Post training or probation this role can be re-located to our Mulgrave office.

Work Life Balance Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.36pm, with no weekend expectations or commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit warehouse pickers by conducting thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to ensure a high-quality workforce meets operational needs.
- Provide people management support for warehouse pickers, offering guidance, coaching, and resolving any performance or attendance issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their warehouse staffing needs.
- Create and maintain accurate rosters for warehouse pickers, ensuring adequate coverage to meet operational demands while balancing employee preferences and availability.
- Demonstrate a sincere commitment to safety in the warehouse environment through proactive safety initiatives, training programs, and regular safety audits to prioritize the well-being of employees.
- Manage the performance of warehouse pickers on the floor, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or human resource’s role
- Experience in recruitment advantageous but not required, Graduates encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability build and nurture professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
