We are seeking an experienced, committed and dedicated Human Resources Administrator / Coordinator who will contribute to the business' objectives of becoming an employer of choice in our industry. This position offers diverse and varied responsibilities, offering a great opportunity to build your HR Generalist knowledge and experience. The HR Administrator / Coordinator will support the Human Resources Business Partner is all facets of HR, Safety & Operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- End to end recruitment - preparing job advertisements, screening candidate applications, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, drafting contracts and onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Onboarding and inductions of new starters.
- Ensuring all HR administrative records are updated and maintained.
- Drafting and updating any templates, policies and procedures.
- Oversee and record annual performance reviews and probation reviews.
- Responding to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance ensuring an outstanding level of internal customer service to key stakeholders.
- Identifying, planning, and implementing health, safety, wellbeing initiatives.
- Handling administrative duties and other adhoc projects as required.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise workload and have proven experience of working in a fast-paced HR Administrative position. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret various Awards, Legislations and have knowledge of the NES and payroll processes.
