Human Resources Analyst

About the client:
State Government department whose purpose is to help the community to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from the impact of fire and emergency events. Our client is Currently looking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join their busy team for a temporary assignment until June 2024 with a possibility of an extension.
About the role:

• Understand the position description framework and the SFIA model and apply them to analyse design, review roles across the organisation.
• Work on the position description development and role classification, specifically in the information and technology space.
• Provide support to managers across the ITD with transition of roles.
• Prepare reports and presentations on progress and the outcomes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Consultation with other Human Resource teams and managers to support the engagement of staff transitioning from another organisation.

About you:

• Previous Queensland Government experience essential.
• You will have demonstrated knowledge of the position description framework and the SFIA model and their application to human resource management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret human resource data and information and provide insights and recommendations.
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• You will have the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
