Role Description:

Join One Model's Product Management team as a Human Resources Analyst Intern and help us create compelling people analytics content. This role is open to someone currently studying and looking for a great industry internship. The position will be a part-time (2-3 days per week), 6 month internship with the possibility of extension and is designed to accommodate your university schedule.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of People Analytics. This role will provide you with mentorship, guidance, and the chance to work with the best in the world.

Every week will be different, though over the course of a week you could expect to:

• Research and develop a new standard dashboard (we call them Storyboards) for a particular HR domain, e.g. recruiting, learning, diversity
• As part of the research for standard Storyboards you would also research metrics and data visualisations that are best used for a particular topic.
• Build Storyboards using the One Model platform.
• Write some documentation for our Storyboards for customers.
• Make some screen recordings showing how to use the product.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Strategy - Analyse the market and competitive landscape for people analytics, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends. Stay in touch with the latest research and thinking across the Human Resources field and guide how we can bring data to guide better people decisions for Executives, HR teams, People Leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Decide what matters and what to do next - Prioritise your work and collaborate on a roadmap of work that is aligned to our overall product goals and customer needs.
• Bring clarity - Help make the complex world of analytics simple by creating great data visualisations and crafting an overall narrative that helps answer key business questions. Gather customer input into our product content to help us make sure we build real solutions for real world requirements.
• Work across the company - Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, marketing and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and content.
• Build enthusiasm and excitement - Assist with the creation of materials for presenting the product content roadmap to prospective and existing customers and assess their needs.
• Enablement - Document product capabilities, develop go-to-market materials, and support information tailored to different stages of the customer journey.

About You

• You have great organisation skills, allowing you to manage a variety of competing priorities.
• You have an analytical mind and can translate vague ideas into detailed requirements.
• Strong customer centricity. You can develop a high level of understanding and empathy for our end-users, what they are trying to achieve and how we can help them get there.
• Great communication skills to work with a virtual team across multiple time zones.
• You have a growth-mindset: You have the courage to try new things for the first time, remain open to feedback and continuously improve.
• Ideally based in Brisbane

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics or related would be an advantage

Base Salary Range

$50,000-$60,000 AUD
