Your new role
- Lead complex ER matters, including investigations, grievances and complaints
- Coach, mentor, and support leaders to drive performance and navigate performance management processes
- Support the development, execution, and delivery of the enterprise people strategy, plan and priorities
- Influence leaders and employees on leadership and ways of working
- Take accountability for people data, derive insights, and influence recommendations and interventions with your stakeholder group
- Support change & transformation programs (incl. M&A, integration, divestment, enterprise programs)
- Support development of IR strategy and tactical plans aligned to EA renegotiations
- Support processes relating to terminations/exit, conducting exit interviews with talent and identified cohorts
- Support all cyclical people activities including performance, talent and reward processes and outcomes, and ensuring compliance
- Work closely with people COE’s across Industrial Relations, Remuneration, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to support and deliver programs of work into your portfolio
About you
- Experience in a true Generalist HR role
- Exposure to a HR metrics driven environment
- Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering role and partnering with business leaders
- Ability to Build strong and trustful relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Proven Human Resources experience in an operational / blue collar / highly unionized environment
- Demonstrated experience with delivering enterprise people strategies and plans
- Demonstrated ER/IR experience including investigations and case management
- Tertiary qualifications in HR (or related discipline)
