About The Opportunity
We are excited to welcome a driven and enthusiastic individual as a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources (HR) Team. This is a newly created role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR needs, supporting our Property Services and Facility Management business units during a period of exciting growth.

This permanent full-time position will involve supporting our office and site-based workforce across multiple locations in Melbourne while also providing assistance to our broader national business. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your extensive experience in employee and industrial relations (ER and IR) to impact the workplace positively, partnering with leaders to coach and develop strong and successful teams.

About You
To excel in this role, you will be a seasoned HR 'generalist' with exposure and expertise across various facets of the HR landscape. We are looking for someone with a robust ER and IR background, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations within a complex industrial environment. A positive 'can-do' attitude, exceptional people engagement skills, and a dedication to top-notch service delivery are essential.
Additionally, we seek candidates who demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or equivalent experience
- Highly developed communication skills and robust stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proactive approach to relationship management
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
