Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Management of current, and future, company policy and procedures, providing education and ensuring compliance
- Implementation of further employee engagement & retention initiative
- Lead annualised HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys & performance reviews
- Continued implementation & maintenance of our HR data system inclusive of an employee training register and centralised documentation data-base
- Support leadership in HR actions related to the employee life-cycle inclusive of performance management
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or similar, an asset
- Extensive experience across a range of HR functions
- Impeccable time-management skills
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A contagious positive attitude
- A full Victorian drivers licence
