The purpose of this role is to coach and support the company in leading and managing its people through a broad range of HR areas, while building strong relationships with employees throughout your portfolio to support their individual and team needs.
With the courage to challenge the status quo, you will drive partnerships, build on already strong relationships between the People team and the business, provide guidance to managers in relation to ER matters including performance management, equal opportunity, workplace conduct and investigation.
The ideal candidate for the role of HR Business Partner should possess the following:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, providing strategic, flexible, and valued HR consultancy and advisory services across various HR functions.
- Proven experience in establishing and nurturing successful relationships throughout the organisation, advocating for a positive and consultative HR approach to the Executive Leadership Team, managers, people leaders, and employees.
- Experience in driving people processes in alignment with organisational goals, supporting employees in reaching their full potential in terms of capabilities and performance.
- Strong coaching skills, with the capability to work alongside managers and people leaders to understand HR requirements and devise solutions that effectively address business needs, enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention rates.
- Ability to support and facilitate organisational change initiatives, managing specific projects as necessary, and actively participating in both functional and cross-functional endeavours.
