We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to shape our workforce across multiple business units. Reporting to the Finance Manager of Primary Production, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing HR strategies and practices. This position requires travel to regional and remote areas of Queensland, providing a unique opportunity to influence daily operations and contribute significantly to our long-term success.
Your Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development:
- Tailor HR strategies to align with the goals of each business division, including properties, feedlots, and our Head Offices.
- Collaborate with Stanbroke leaders to address people and culture strategic improvements.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Provide end-to-end HR support, including compliance, onboarding, and contractor management.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for seamless new hire and contractor integration.
- Safety and Well-being:
- Oversee rehabilitation and return-to-work processes, coordinating with Workcover QLD.
- Coordinate and engage in audits relating to OH&S and workplace health and safety.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics and safety statistics for strategic decision-making.
- Training and Development:
- Manage and assist delivering the training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across divisions.
- Drive staff development and retention initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist line managers in performance reviews and processes.
- Stay informed on HR, IR, and OHS legislation to provide accurate advice.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead HR projects, audits, and liaise with external partners for workforce development.
