Human Resources Business PartnerWe are searching for a strategic HR leader to partner with businesses, design people strategies, and cultivate a safe, positive work environment. This is a contractual role with a pay rate ranging from $70 to $73 per hour.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure WHS compliance.
• Partner with leaders on people strategies for operational excellence.
• Leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Lead and develop the recruitment and people services team.
• Oversee People and Culture systems and projects.
• Develop and implement a talent strategy (recruitment & onboarding).
• Manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure fair compensation and accurate HRIS data.
• Contribute to strategic decisions with business acumen.

You are a:

• HR, Business, Law graduate with extensive experience.
• Proven leader with a track record of supporting and developing a team.
• Excellent communicator with strong business acumen.
• Adept at building relationships and driving change.
• Proficient in HRIS, MS Suite, and relevant legislation.
• Flexible and adaptable with a “C” class driver’s license.
