This is a hands on generalist role, we are seeking an experienced HRBP looking to transition into finance or a HR Advisor with years of experience looking for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, offering counsel and support on various People and Culture initiatives including organisation design, recruitment, employee relations and workplace safety.
- Lead investigations, mediations and facilitate discussions to address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic People and Culture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the People and Culture domain, leveraging your expertise to enhance operational effectiveness.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR practitioner with a proven track record in employee relations and a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation. We are looking for someone who is:
