The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner to join the People and Performance team at Northern Health.
The performance of our people is pivotal to organisational success. When staff are high performing and acting in accordance with position expectations, we are able to deliver outstanding patient experience. The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with the Human Resources Director to positively influence performance outcomes and behavioural standards across Northern Health. This position will work on employee and industrial matters, ensure Northern Health policies and code of conduct are adhered to, and assist in providing expert advice in regard to all workforce performance queries.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience with a wide range employee and industrial relations issues
Experience working with relevant Victorian Public Health Employment Agreements, including consultation with relevant union representation
Experience working with workforce performance principles, methodologies and tools
Experience preparing Fair Work Australia processes, including document submission and participation in conciliation
Experience with partnering with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
Experience in leading organisational and facilitating organisational change across stakeholders with diverse needs and in a complex and unionised organisational environment
