The aim of the People & Culture team, and its new supporting plan, is to articulate a vision for ECU to empower the talent and potential of our staff. The Role
You will join a team of skilled Business Partners supporting a portfolio of clients and providing strategic advice and guidance to support business planning and evidence-based decision making.
As a member if the Strategic Partnership team you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert leadership to our people on all aspects of the employee life-cycle, including complex and sensitive employee relations matters;
- Providing proactive, strategic advice to support business planning and evidence-based decision-making;
- Leading and guiding the implementation of workforce planning, structural and cultural change and talent acquisition and management programs, projects and initiatives; and
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements and interpreting and applying industrial instruments, policies and procedures.
