Description
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and support line managers in various HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive employee experience.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and professional growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage and resolve complex HR issues and conflicts effectively.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Contribute to HR projects, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits reviews.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role e.g Senior Advisor.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Australia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
