The Role(s)
We are hiring a newly created team of HR Business Partners to join our established HR team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to play a crucial role in advising, educating, and supporting the management team across their client groups (c.250 people each). You will report to an exceptional, supportive HR Leader who leads by example and promotes continuous learning and growth.

In this visible and influential role, you will be a trusted advisor, supporting and coaching managers to achieve desired outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement beneficial solutions to workforce challenges
- Enhance leaders' capabilities in workplace change and support them with having difficult conversations
- Optimise staff performance, productivity and engagement through coaching, training, and delivering workshops
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and operationalise systems to improve functionality, reporting, and efficiencies
- Engage stakeholders in effective change management practices
- Co-design and deliver on the HR Policy Framework and the performance management system
- Interpret and advise on Policies, Procedures and Employment Relations related legislation
- Ensure employees and managers are supported through regular feedback and coaching
- Assist with the development of the HR Dashboard / Surveys to measure effectiveness and identify trends and potential issues
- Support the case management of grievances and conduct issues
Experience
- Strong knowledge of Employment legislation (Modern Award, Enterprise Agreement, Fair Work Act 2009, Anti-discrimination Act 1977 and the Privacy Act 1998)
- HR Business Advisory / Partnering experience across a diverse workforce
- Ability to build trusting working relationships
- Problem Solving / Conflict Resolution skills
- Performance Coaching and Training experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change Management experience
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, team player with a growth mindset
Be very experienced in one or all of either:

Qualifications Considered
- Tertiary Qualification in Employee Relations, Business, Human Resources or Business
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Return to Work Coordinator – All States and Territories of Australia.
- Member of the Australian HR Institute
