This role is critical in partnering with hiring managers and leaders to deliver effective recruitment strategies that attract and secure top talent. The Talent Partner will provide expertise throughout the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting to selecting candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. By working closely with internal stakeholders, this role proactively meets the business’s hiring needs with a strategic approach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent attraction, candidate screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting compliance checks, offers and onboarding.
- Post, refresh and manage recruitment advertisements across job boards, utilising the organisations ATS.
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates, supporting the company commitment to diversity and inclusion.
