This national, industry leader are currently looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join their high performing team in this full-time, permanent role.
The People and Culture Business Partner will be required to:
- Provide professional, business-focused People, Performance and Culture services and support to a designated business group.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees based on credibility and open communication.
- Work with the People, Performance and Culture team to share best practice, ensure a broad consistency of approach, and provide coverage to other Business Partners as necessary.
- Coaching and enabling managers for all aspects of people management, specifically in driving performance
- Work in partnership with senior management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.
- Support the People and Culture Manager in the development, implementation and evolution of the People, performance and Culture strategy and workplans.
- Maintain systems/frameworks and documentation for the centres of excellence the PP&C Manager is accountable.
- Partner with the General Manager to identify learning and training strategies to address development needs of the designated business group.
- Deliver as required learning and development strategies and programs to the organisation.
You will be highly responsible for 360 degrees of the HR function and have a direct reporting line to the Director of People and Culture, as well as having the autonomy and reign to forge your own internal and external relationships.
